Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent any damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
